The sole objective of this site it to help people improve their lives and their bodies by providing free in depth content related to Fitness, health & wellness, personal development, and growth & productivity. MyLifeMyBody has hundreds of articles on the above topics as well as a few more to provide a well balanced life.


Andrew Tattle is the primary contributer to MyLifeMyBody. Andrew started MyLifeMyBody in 2008 with one goal: to help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.  Since then, Andrew has devoted hundreds of hours (this number is continually growing) to creating valuable content that he hopes will change peoples’ lives for the better.  While writing, Andrew draws from experience in the health and wellness industry as well as formal education in health promotion and psychology. Andrew is also a certified personal trainer and strength & conditioning specialist.


Andrew has always been a very growth oriented individual and refers to his unique experiences, accomplishments and challenges during the writing process.  He tries to leave bias and ego “at the door” to create the most compelling and useful content possible.  You can find Andrew on Facebook or stop by his personal training company site if you happen to live in the Phoenix metropolitan area.


Andrew’s objectives with this site include:


1. Inspiring the world to fitness. That’s right, the world.  If everyone was fit, the world would be a much better place.  He wants to see it happen.


2.  Helping people to achieve the highest level of personal development possible.


3. Creating a positive impact on how people interact, i.e. helping people get along. Andrew strongly believes the most effective way he can achieve this goal is by helping people improve their health and fitness as well as their development of self.  If people are happy, healthy, and fit, there’s a better chance of us finding peace on this little rock we call Earth.


Site Development


The site development was a joint effort between Ryan Waltz and Andrew Tattle. While Andrew steers content and creative direction, Ryan Waltz is the technical expert bringing life to this online presence. Ryan is responsible for all of the web design, maintenance, and general upkeep of MyLifeMyBody.  He has a broad technical background in IT consulting with extensive experience in the field.
